1. About the Platform
Simplegence is an educational platform that provides content related to personal finance, productivity, technology, and personal growth. All content — including articles, videos, guides, templates, calculators, and tools — is created for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Not Financial or Investment Advice
Simplegence does not provide stock market tips, investment recommendations, or financial advisory services of any kind. Nothing on this platform should be construed as professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any specific stocks, mutual funds, or financial instruments.

- You may use our free resources for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without prior written permission.
- Sharing links to our content is encouraged and appreciated.
5. Avi, the AI Learning Assistant
Avi is included with Simplegence paid courses, on these terms:
- For courses bought on or after 6 October 2026, Avi is available for 6 months from the date of enrolment, with an allowance of 300 messages per calendar month per learner (one allowance across all your courses). Access to the course content itself does not expire.
- Courses bought before 6 October 2026 keep Avi as it was sold to them, without an end date, subject to a fair-use limit of 100 messages a day.
- Avi is an AI assistant for learning. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice (see Section 2).
- Messages to Avi are processed by our AI service providers to generate answers (see the Privacy Policy). Do not share passwords, account numbers or other sensitive personal information with Avi.
6. Email Subscription
When you subscribe to our newsletter or provide your email address through any form on our website:
- We may use your email to send educational content, updates, new resource notifications, and promotional communications related to Simplegence.
- We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.
- You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites or services. Simplegence is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
8. Accuracy of Information
