For universities and colleges
Simplegence Campus
Measure. Build. Prove.
A semester-by-semester skill development programme for universities. Your students sit SIMRA, our reasoning assessment, at the start and end of every semester; you get a skill-gap picture of every group, targeted workshops, and dated evidence of how much your students improved.
Founding partner places are open for 2026-27The gap
Your training works. Can you show it?
Universities invest heavily in aptitude sessions, communication workshops and placement preparation. What is usually missing is evidence of what that training achieved, for students, for leadership, and for accreditation. Simplegence Campus measures where each student and department stands, shows how much those skills move over a semester, and documents it.
The programme
Four parts, one programme
SIMRA
The Simplegence Reasoning Assessment: eight skills, a unique paper for every student, sat in your own labs.
Workshops
Short, practical sessions on exactly the skills your results show need most work, alongside your own training.
Simplegence Learn
Every student gets a Simplegence Learner account with free courses, merit awards and courses designed for your university.
Progress Reports
Before-and-after evidence, skill by skill, for your IQAC records and leadership. Being added during 2026-27
SIMRA
What SIMRA measures
The full assessment is 99 minutes. You choose which skills to include for each group, and the duration adjusts.
Numerical reasoning
Percentages, ratios, time-work-speed, number series.
Logical reasoning
Coding, directions, relations, syllogisms, seating, data sufficiency.
Data literacy
Reading tables, bar, line and pie charts.
Communication
Vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction, reading comprehension.
Critical thinking
Assumptions, strengthening and weakening arguments.
Programming logic
Pseudocode, loops, data structures. Not branch-specific.
Problem solving
Visual patterns, number chains, deduction.
Workplace judgement
Teamwork, integrity, communication, pressure. Feedback only, not scored.
How it works
From request to report
Schedule
Your coordinator requests a sitting; we confirm and issue an event code.
Register
Students register with the code and choose a batch. Fewer computers than students? The sitting runs in batches automatically.
Sit
Students take SIMRA in your lab, supervised by your faculty.
Report
After the sitting closes, students get their reports and certificates online; you get the group summary.
- A different paper for every student. Part is generated for that student, part is drawn from a bank of independently verified questions, so copying from a neighbour does not work.
- Server-controlled timing, with a strike system for leaving the test window.
- No lost answers. Answers are saved continuously and protected against network interruptions.
What you receive
Reports for students, evidence for the university
Student feedback report
Overall and skill-wise scores, performance bands, strengths, focus areas and practice tips, for every student.
Verifiable certificate
For each student who meets the benchmark, verifiable online.
Skill-gap summary
Skill-wise results for each group, strongest and weakest areas, for IQAC and Training & Placement.
Progress report
Before-and-after comparison, skill by skill, at the end of each semester. Being added during 2026-27
Student data export
One row per student, for your own records.
Debrief sessions
A walk-through of the results with your leadership, IQAC and placement cell, and the focus skills to work on.
Plans
Four plans, benefits every semester
Each plan is a flat annual fee for up to a set number of students, with benefits delivered every semester. More students can be added in blocks of 100. Fees are shared in your proposal.

Two scored sittings a semester keep every sitting a fair measure of skill rather than of memory. Skill checks use only freshly generated questions, so they can run as often as the plan allows.

Questions
Frequently asked
No. SIMRA is a skills assessment: it measures reasoning, numeracy, data literacy, communication, critical thinking and programming logic. Every question is independently verified and scoring is transparent. It makes no claim about intelligence or personality.
In the university's own computer lab, supervised by its faculty. If a lab has fewer computers than students, the sitting runs in batches automatically.
Every student gets a different paper: part of it is generated for that student and part is drawn from a bank of independently verified questions. Timing is controlled by the server, and leaving the test window counts as a strike.
No. Students get a detailed feedback report with skill-wise scores, strengths, focus areas and practice tips. Questions and answers are never shown, so the assessment stays fair for every college.
No. Student data is used only to deliver the programme and is never sold or shared with employers. Faculty see results only after a sitting is closed.
