2. How Digital Products Are Delivered
Email-Based Drip Courses
Upon successful enrolment (free or paid), the first lesson is delivered to your registered email address within minutes. Subsequent lessons are sent automatically on a pre-set daily or weekly schedule directly to your inbox.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive the first email within 30 minutes. Add hello@simplegence.com to your contacts to ensure reliable delivery.
Self-Paced Online Courses
Upon successful payment, your account is created and login credentials are sent to your registered email address within 30 minutes. Once you receive the email, you can log in to your learner dashboard at learn.simplegence.com and start learning right away.
