Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid courses and digital products purchased on Simplegence (www.simplegence.com), operated by Simplegence (sole proprietorship, India).
1. No Refunds After Access Is Granted
All sales of digital products — including online courses, email-based courses, learning guides, and any other digital content — are final once access has been granted.
Because our products are delivered digitally and access is provided immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after the purchase is confirmed and access is activated.
2. What "Access Granted" Means
Access is considered granted at the earliest of:
- The first course email being delivered to your inbox (for email-based drip courses), or
- Your account being activated and course content becoming accessible (for self-paced courses), or
- Receipt of any downloadable material included in the product.
3. Cancellation of Enrolment
You may cancel your enrolment in a course at any time by contacting us at support@simplegence.com. Cancellation stops future course emails or access renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.
4. Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error. We will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Non-delivery: You paid but never received access or the first course email within 48 hours, and we are unable to resolve the issue after being contacted.
To request a refund under these exceptions, email us at support@simplegence.com with your order details within 7 days of the transaction date.
5. Free Courses
Free drip-email courses on Simplegence are provided at no charge. No payment is involved, so this refund policy does not apply to them.
6. Payment Gateway
Payments on Simplegence are processed securely through Razorpay. In the event of a valid refund (as per Section 4), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
